    We accept most major plans and provide direct billing where possible. Bring your card to your visit—we’ll help review and explain your benefits.


  • How does direct billing work at Town Centre Dental Clinic?


    We submit your claim electronically at your appointment. You only pay the uncovered portion. We’ll walk you through consent forms if needed

  • Can you help me understand and maximize my dental insurance benefits?


    Absolutely. Our team does the “back-leg work” to help you get the most from your plan. We explain coverage clearly and assist with all claims.

  • What if my insurance doesn’t cover the recommended treatment?


    We base treatment on your clinical needs—not insurance. We’ll give you clear estimates, explore options, and help you use any eligible coverage.


  • Why won’t some insurers communicate directly with the clinic?
